API terms of service

The service

The API transcribes Arabic audio from your upload and returns text, timestamps and speaker labels. Transcription can contain errors; review results before relying on or publishing them. We do not promise any particular accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Your account and uploads

Keep your password, recovery code and API keys secure. You retain ownership of your uploads and results and grant us the permission needed to process them. Only submit content you have the right and any required consent to process. Do not use the service unlawfully, access another account, bypass limits or disrupt the service.

Monthly subscriptions and top-ups

Choose USD or CAD before subscribing. The prepaid plan renews automatically each billing month at the price shown during checkout until you cancel. Included minutes reset when the next paid billing period begins; unused monthly minutes do not roll over. An unpaid renewal does not grant a new allowance, and the previous allowance expires at its original renewal date.

Optional top-ups are one-time purchases for active prepaid subscribers. Top-up minutes never expire and remain usable after cancellation. Monthly minutes are used first. There is no free transcription tier or automatic overage charge on prepaid plans.

Direct usage-based subscriptions are billed in USD at US$0.09 per processed audio minute, rounded up to one minute, after a successful transcription. The usage-based subscription renews monthly until cancelled and is invoiced at the end of the billing period. Usage-based accounts do not need prepaid minutes.

Prepaid usage is measured from the uploaded media duration and rounded up to the next second per upload. A failed prepaid job returns minutes to their original allowance. Monthly minutes returned after that allowance has expired remain expired.

Upgrades and cancellation

Mid-month upgrades show a prorated charge and matching extra minutes before confirmation. They take effect after payment succeeds. Existing usage is preserved, and your renewal date stays the same. The higher plan renews at its full monthly price on that date. Cancel through the account billing controls before renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds and disputes

Contact Support email for purchase or refund help. Refunded or disputed payments remove the corresponding credits. If those minutes have already been used, the account may have a negative balance that must be covered before further transcription. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

Limits and retention

Current limits are 20 MiB and 10 minutes per MP3, M4A, PCM WAV, MP4 or MOV upload, with two active jobs per account. We extract and normalize audio for you. Results are available for 24 hours from submission. You are responsible for downloading them. See the documentation and privacy policy for format, billing and data handling details.

Availability and ending access

We may suspend access for abuse or a violation of these terms and will explain why where we can. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. The service is provided subject to rights and warranties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
