Email Support email with the subject “Delete my API account” and the email used for your account. Do not include a password, recovery code or API key.
What happens next
We verify the request, remove account access and associated content, and confirm completion. We will explain any payment, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records that must be retained. Cancel your subscription in the billing portal to stop renewals, and contact us about any unused top-up balance before closing your account.
Uploads and results
Working audio is deleted after processing. Downloadable results expire 24 hours after submission, with cleanup retried during outages. For an earlier content-deletion request, include the relevant job IDs.
Revoke an API key
You can revoke keys immediately in your account. This stops new requests using those keys; it does not delete the account or previously submitted data.
