What to include

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • The app version, from Settings inside the app.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The dialect spoken in the clip, and roughly how long it is.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual.

Please do not email us your video. We do not need it, and we would rather not have it.

Common questions

Transcription is stuck or queued
Jobs are queued rather than dropped, so a busy period delays a transcript instead of failing it. If nothing has moved after 30 minutes, email us with the project name and the time you started it.
A dialect word came out as formal Arabic
That is a bug in our terms, not yours. Send us the sentence as spoken and what appeared. Dialect fidelity is the metric we care about most.
My dialect is not listed
Only benchmarked dialects are advertised. Tell us which one you publish in and we will prioritise evaluation clips for it.
Export failed
Check free storage first — a 1080p export needs room. If it still fails, send the app version and the clip length.
I was charged twice
Billing runs through Apple. Send the App Store receipt and we will help you get it sorted.
Accessibility problem
We treat VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and contrast issues as bugs with the same priority as crashes. Tell us which screen.

Accessibility

The app is built for VoiceOver and Dynamic Type, and captions are a form of accessibility work themselves. If something in the app or on this site is unusable for you, that is a bug — please report it.

Account and data

Deleting your account, your projects, or the audio for a single job is self-service.

Something broken for everyone?

If the service is down we post it at [email protected]'s auto-reply and on the app's status banner before you have to ask.
